Quick Overview

Diamond Tuff Acrylic/Aliphatic Polyurethane is a high-performance, two-component industrial coating sold as a complete 1 gallon kit (Part A + Part B). Designed for durability, chemical resistance, and a high-gloss finish, it performs exceptionally well in bilge areas, inside hatches, engine rooms, and is commonly used for bathtub resurfacing. Available in white, black, and gray.

High-Performance Two-Component Polyurethane Coating

Diamond Tuff Acrylic/Aliphatic Polyurethane is a professional-grade, two-component industrial coating engineered to deliver outstanding durability, chemical resistance, and long-term gloss retention in demanding environments. This product is sold exclusively as a complete 1 gallon kit, including both Part A (Base) and Part B (Activator).

When properly mixed and applied, Diamond Tuff forms a hard, abrasion-resistant finish that significantly outperforms conventional alkyd and air-dry industrial enamels.

Sold as a Complete Gallon Kit (Part A + Part B)

Each kit includes the correct ratio of Part A and Part B to ensure proper curing and performance. Neither component will work independently — both parts must be mixed together prior to application.

  • 1 gallon total mixed material
  • Includes Part A + Part B
  • No induction time required
  • 6–8 hour pot life after mixing

Available Colors

  • White
  • Black
  • Gray
