5" Mirka Abralon® sanding discs are premium foam-backed abrasives engineered for controlled sanding, surface leveling, and finishing on gelcoat, painted surfaces, fiberglass, and composites. The soft foam interface allows the disc to follow curves and contours while maintaining a uniform scratch pattern, reducing the risk of deep scratches, swirl marks, or uneven sanding.

Abralon discs are ideal for both wet and dry sanding applications and are commonly used in gelcoat repair, marine refinishing, paint correction, and the transition from sanding to compounding and polishing.

Available Grits (Boxes of 20)

• 600 grit – Initial gelcoat sand-down, leveling, and surface refinement before moving into finer grits
• 1000 grit – Intermediate surface refinement before compounding or polishing
• 2000 grit – Ultra-fine finishing and final polish preparation
