Mirka Interface Pad 5"&6"
Mirka interface pads are foam backing pads designed to sit between the backing plate and sanding disc, improving surface conformity and sanding control. Available in 5" and 6" sizes, these pads are ideal for use with Abralon and sanding discs on gelcoat, paint, fiberglass, and composite surfaces.
Improved Sanding Control and Surface Conformity
Mirka interface pads are premium foam backing pads engineered to enhance sanding performance by providing a flexible buffer between the backing plate and sanding disc. This added interface helps the abrasive follow curves and contours while reducing the risk of uneven sanding or deep scratch marks.
These interface pads are commonly used with foam-backed abrasives such as Abralon, as well as traditional sanding discs, especially when working on curved, contoured, or delicate surfaces.
