Watertite® Epoxy Filler – 2-Part Marine-Grade Repair Compound 500ML

Watertite® is a high-performance, 2-part epoxy filler designed for repairing scratches, holes, and gelcoat blisters on fiberglass, metal, epoxy, and wood surfaces—above or below the waterline. It offers excellent water resistance, smooth application, and strong adhesion without shrinking or sagging (up to ¾" thick).

Application Notes:

Typical Cure Times:

  • At 73°F: Pot life 15 min, sandable in 5 hrs, ready to launch in 2 days

  • At 59°F: Pot life 20 min, sandable in 6 hrs, ready to launch in 3 days

Important:
Watertite must be overcoated with an appropriate primer—Interprotect 2000E/2001E below the waterline, or a compatible primer above the waterline. Not for use under polyester, vinylester, or topside finishes without priming.
